200mg:  Each blue, round, flat-faced, beveled-edged, compressed tablet, engraved “APO” over “200” on one side, contains: acyclovir 200mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose; coloring agent: FD&C Blue#2 (indigotine aluminum lake). Bottles of 100 and 500.

400mg:  Each pink, round, flat-faced, beveled-edged, compressed tablet, engraved “APO” over “400” on one side, contains: acyclovir 400mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose; coloring agent: red ferric oxide (Orange Shade #34690). Bottles of 100.

800mg:  Each blue, oval, biconvex, scored, compressed tablet, engraved “APO 800” on one side, contains acyclovir 800mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose; coloring agent: FD&C Blue#2 (indigotine aluminum lake) and FD&C Blue #1 (brilliant Blue FCF aluminumlake).
