Each 15mL plastic squeeze bottle with dropper tip contains naphazoline HCl 0.05% (w/v) and antazoline phosphate 0.5% (w/v). Nonmedicinal ingredients: benzalkonium chloride 0.01% (w/v) (preservative), disodium edetate, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, purified water and sodium chloride. Store at 15to30°C. Protect from light. Keep bottle tightly closed when not in use.
