A sterile, buffered solution of zinc sulfate 0.125%, antazoline phosphate 0.5%, and naphazoline HCl 0.05%. Preservative: benzethonium chloride. Nonmedicinal ingredients: boric acid, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), polysorbate80, purified water and sodium citrate. Drop-Tainer dispensers of 15mL.
