Stresstabs Plus:  Each oval, orange, film-coated, scored tablet, engraved “W-R” and “S4”, contains: beta-carotene (a source of vitamin A) 10000 IU, folic acid 0.4mg, vitamin B 1 (thiamine mononitrate) 15 mg, vitamin B 2 (riboflavin) 10.2 mg, niacinamide 100 mg, vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine HCl) 11 mg, vitamin B 12 (cyanocobalamin) 6µg, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) 28.5 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 600 mg, Vitamin E (dl-a tocopheryl acetate) 100IU, selenium (sodium selenate) 50 µg, zinc (zinc oxide) 22.5mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, cellulose, citric acid, cornstarch, FD&C Yellow No.6, gelatin, hydrolyzed protein, lactose, magnesium stearate, mineral oil, polysorbate, silicon dioxide, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sorbic acid, stearic acid, sugar, titanium dioxide and triethyl citrate.
