Acetazone Forte C8:  Each round, uncoated, pink and white biconvex, speckled tablet, imprinted with a horizontal line on one side and “TEC” on the reverse, contains: chlorzoxazone USP 250mg, acetaminophen USP 300mg and codeine phosphate USP 8mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: artificial coloring, cornstarch, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, sodium benzoate and sodium docusate, sodium croscarmellose and stearic acid. Blister packs of 20.
