Acetazone Forte: Each round, uncoated, green biplane tablet with beveled edges, imprinted with a horizontal line on one side and “TEC” on the reverse, contains: chlorzoxazone USP 250mg and acetaminophen USP 300mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: cornstarch, crospovidone, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake, FD&C blue #1 aluminum lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, sodium benzoate and sodium docusate, sodium croscarmellose and stearic acid.
